Epik8 Senior Business Development Manager

We partner with fast-growing innovative B2B technology and software companies in all aspects of sales and marketing. From proposition development and go-to-market planning to inbound marketing, new business development, sales and account management.
Your Challenge
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will work at a strategic level with two or three of our clients. You will be responsible for co-creating, implementing and iterating the Go-To-Market strategy developed for your clients, following a proven framework. You will be supported by and collaborate closely with our internal team of B2B Sales & Marketing experts.
What Do We Expect From You?
A commercially focused degree is a bonus, but not a prerequisite if you have at least 3 years of sales and commercial experience and the right attitude;
- You have 3 or more years of professional experience in an office environment;
- You speak and write (corporate) English fluently (another language would be a bonus);
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google apps, use of CRM systems and office-based software and collaboration tools;
- You are result-oriented, a team player, can work independently, love getting and taking responsibility and showing initiative;
- You have experience communicating with senior business executives;
- You have experience handling and delivering towards a revenue target and meeting KPIs;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively;
- You think outside the box;
- You thrive under pressure;
- You are always on the lookout for new opportunities.
Salary and compensation:
£35-40k Salary DOE

Salary and Compensation
- £24-30k salary DOE
- Variable Quarterly OTE, linked to your own personal development goals and business KPIs £3-5k;
- Annual bonus linked to company performance;
- Unlimited commission scheme;
- Workplace pension.
