Helen Covacic-Field
Data & CRM Lead
Joined Epik8 in February 2020 after spending many years in Customer Services. Helen has a real passion for learning new skills and taking on a challenge, which has helped her in previous roles and now in her present role. Starting off as a Junior BDM Helen is now Data & CRM Lead.
Helen has a real passion for anything cricket related as well as socialising with family and friends.
Charles Kelly-Davis
Sales Manager
Charles began his career in sales by blending his love of football with his education, studying International Business at UCFB which is based at Wembley Stadium!
Joining Epik8 in 2020, Charles has extensive experience of end-to-end sales with a host of companies and experience of working on the UK, Benelux and Nordic markets.
Craig Kingham
Head of Sales Operations
Joined Epik8 in its start-up phase. Having worked in manufacturing since leaving school, Craig was leading teams in high-production setups and discovered a skill and natural ability for creating and standardising processes. He is now using his experience to drive efficiency and growth in a sales environment with Epik8.
Craig likes to play and coach football in his spare time and is happiest when developing the youth footballers of today into the next big stars.
Martin Leonard
Sales Manager
Martin started his sales career 20 years ago as a telemarketer working for large data backup and storage businesses such as IBM. Having held several director and managerial level positions at software start-ups and large corporates such as Capita, Martin has extensive experience developing sales and marketing plans that deliver growth.
Martin is a keen footballer and a self-confessed boardgame nerd.
Matthew Penfold
Customer Success Manager
In charge of Customer Success, Tech and everything with a plug on it at Epik8! With over 15 years in the IT sector working as a project and account manager, Matthew has a proven track record in the tech industry.
He likes to attempt running and badminton in his spare time and when he’s not doing that he’s probably outdoors walking (preferably in South America).
Olivia Williams
People and Culture Manager
Liv is the People and Culture Manager at Epik8, working to ensure the team remains happy and inspired. She likes nothing more than going to the gym and spending time with her niblings (plural of niece and nephew.)

Epik8 founder. Previously worked as a consultant in the Telco domain leading a high performing sales team for an international tech scale-up. Zacc hosts regular ‘Innovation Arms’ sessions – a cybersecurity roundtable with a virtual pub format.
In his spare time he likes to run and play squash, as well as attend the odd “real” pub for a pint!

People Operations Director
Helped start Epik8 after working in the logistics industry for a number of years. Gary ensures that everyone at Epik8 is trained and onboarded to the highest standards, while also making sure we all live and breathe our company values.
Gary enjoys taking his family on day trips to the Zoo and watching his son call every animal a “Cat”!
Oliver
Mckenzie-Blyth
Sales Director
Started his career in planning and administration before his enthusiasm for new technology led him down the business development path. Oliver has experience in enterprise and channel sales, as well as managing clients and large teams.
In his spare time, Oliver loves to keep fit and has a passion for mixed martial arts and philosophy.
